• Within Saudi Arabia: Orders of SAR 499 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below SAR 499 are subject to the fees for the shipping methods available at checkout.
• Outside Saudi Arabia: Shipping is charged, and the SAR 499 free shipping threshold does not apply. Fees vary by destination country, and the available fees are shown at checkout.

Order preparation

• Preparation begins after the purchase is confirmed and payment is completed successfully.
• Preparation time depends on product type and availability. Custom tailored or altered products may need additional time.

Shipping and delivery

• Orders are shipped through the store's approved carriers.
• Delivery times vary by destination country, city and available shipping carrier.
• Shipment information is provided when available so the customer can track the order.

Customer responsibility

• The customer is responsible for entering complete, correct shipping details at checkout.
• The store is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Receiving the order
